Broken But Still Useful.

A Note To Encourage Someone.

So after Nysc I travelled back to where I served to help out with a longed planned project (Rural Rugged) knowing how helpful I could be and knowing how joyfully stressful it could be too for them.
The very first day during our evening cooking, we are to make rice on this process the basin we placed our big filter on got broken due to the weight. So we all left it to look for another basin. Meanwhile we already thought of throwing it away but on a second thought I felt it was still useful. I made a statement unconsciously,

"Broken Vessels Are Still Useful"

One of the Sisters Coordinator i.e Mamo's who came to help out too from another zone smiled at me perhapsshe understood what I meant or perhaps she was like "What usefulness?"

True!
There was no usefulness in it because it was almost completely Broken.
So we just kept it one side to continue with another one. So on  sunday morning when it was time to serve our regular Tea and Bread before departure,  already things have been parked back to the Family House earlier,  so we had nothing to put the cups we are to serve with and cups aren't like plates you could arrange on the floor to serve with.
Then I remembered that Basin!
Of course we can use it to put this cups after all its just the last day for us so we did.

°Indeed Broken Vessels are still useful!

°Broken YOU can still be who others look out for!

Perhaps,
you might be wondering why they are still useful since they are Broken but the Truth is every Broken part of our life's is like a guard to our future.
Believe me if we had then thrown that basin away we would have served with dirty cups even if we had just washed them.

And this happens in life when we allow our Mistakes cause others to make same too because we refused to be available.
So is our life's, when we fill we've made mistakes that has kept us  Broken for so long, we become so quick in giving up. And this alone guarantees our Uselessness.
Been Broken shouldn't be the End of you or make you feel you can't be fixed.

Psalms 147:3 (Msg) Says,
He heals the heartbroken and bandages their wounds.

First, God heals our Heart then her Covers us Completely with no trace over every Broken parts to make us useful again.
Trust me there is always a positive turn out to life but you must never throw away any part you feel has been Broken, you should rather fix it because after the process of fixing you can fix someone else.
God still expects us to function at every areas because it could be that Testimony of our healings to heal another.

Nevertheless, you can tell it to God.
You are still Useful and Important.
Walk your Victory out from your Brokenness.
Nothing should ever Break you since you still have Life.

I Pray the Holy spirit gives us the understanding.
