My Nysc Camp Gist.

Weeks off my comfort zone. I have come to learn more on characters and values. Perhaps, I should say that my Nysc Orientation Camping steered this up or I should say my strength and faith is been tested.
Sincerely speaking, I may not be the perfect person to say this but I really need to share this now. At least, for those who in one way or the other, that will find there selves in a place far away home that is not watched and those who is thinking right now in giving up on that good Characters and values they have sustained holding on to God.

Dear Ladies!
I am writing this to you because most of us has lost our characters and values. The definitions of Character and value we all know but I have come to understand that even for a short period of time many of us can actually put up some displeasing characters and place our values on the wrong things. From my heart! No matter where you find your self as a young lady, it is so needful for you to display a good character(not in pretence) but that which God requires from us and of course our value system should be well defined.
It shouldn't be defined based on what the world has made as standards that we should follow or based on our feelings and needs. For our Characters should come before our Comfort. This is because, when we begin to Prioritize our Comfort rather that our characters, at a time in our life's our worth becomes valueless and believe me when our life's becomes valueless we begin to struggle in amending it when its too late.
But the truth is, most of us will never want to learn just because we just want to have a taste of all the activities and enjoyments of life. Well, Its so unfortunate that the things we place our priorities on as young ladies aren't worth it. We place much values on our comfort rather that our characters and we never get to know that our characters are what first attracts others to us. And when our comfort fails to see us true in our different journeys or phases of life we then turn to make up our characters.
Seriously, If we all give into the demands of our needs rather than what God demands, we are simply taking away our morals and standard I tell you.
One thing we should all know as growing girls is this, it is rather we build up a good character to avoid amending it as grown women.
Funny enough, we all think our comfort should come first.
Yeah! No doubt our comfort is so important but then, when we place our all on it, it turns wrong. I know every lady wants to live a comfortable life, wear good cloths, wear beautiful hairs and so on.
But the question is; what then happens if we neglect our characters in pursuit to our comfort?
I tell you the truth.
The Holy spirit does not manifest in any body that possesses a character that is not in accordance to his word or rather does he manifest in a body that has placed so much value on the things which will make him/her deviate from his will.

Romans 12:2 says,
"And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God"
One thing I got from this passage is that God wants us to be the best people we can be and does not want us to be conformed by the world in our characters and values. And we need to allow God build our characters and Values by abiding to his words.
The truth is that God still builds Characters and is very much interested in it and he still stands with us when we place our values on him.
